Remote support

You may request to receive support via remote maintenance; the following prerequisites must be met:

  • The notebook or desktop PC to be accessed, must have an active Internet connection
  • "TeamViewer" must be started on your notebook or desktop PC (no permanent installation is required!).

Please proceed as follows:

  1. click on the icon "Remote TeamViewer support"
  2. download the file offered and save it to a location of your choice (for example desktop)
  3. start "TeamViewer" by double-clicking and follow the instructions on the screen
  4. with a working internet connection, you will receive your individual ID and password from "TeamViewer"; these must be communicated to your conversation partner
