You may request to receive support via remote maintenance; the following prerequisites must be met:
- The notebook or desktop PC to be accessed, must have an active Internet connection
- "TeamViewer" must be started on your notebook or desktop PC (no permanent installation is required!).
Please proceed as follows:
- click on the icon "Remote TeamViewer support"
- download the file offered and save it to a location of your choice (for example desktop)
- start "TeamViewer" by double-clicking and follow the instructions on the screen
with a working internet connection, you will receive your individual ID and password from "TeamViewer"; these must be communicated to your conversation partner
